Orders, Shipping & Returns
ORDERS
 Just browse our store, select and add items to the shopping cart. When you have finished your selections, go to checkout. You will be asked to confirm your order, give delivery details and make payment. When you have placed your order, you will receive an E-Mail confirming your order. This E- Mail is generated automatically. This is not an acceptance of your order, and does not guarantee that we shall meet your order in full. If there are any problems we shall let you know as soon as possible by E-Mail. The contract is formed between us (the company) and the customer when the order is ready and dispatched, and a dispatch confirmation is sent. You may cancel the order before it is dispatched, and in case where the order has already been dispatched, you may return items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.(see below)

Orders received in the week before Christmas may not be processed until after the New Year.

Currently we accept online orders from UK mainland only (except Scottish Highlands). Please contact us for orders to all other areas.

PAYMENT
Secure online payments are accepted via PAYPAL. You may also pay by personal cheque. Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for cheque clearance, before orders may be processed.
RETURNS
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, in the original condition that it was sent to you, not used, and in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. You must inform us of your wish to return any of the products by email or telephone. If the whole of the order is returned, we will refund you the full cost of the products, including standard delivery charges. If only part of the order is returned, the full cost of the items returned will be refunded, but not the delivery charges. You will need to pay for the postage for returning the goods to us. We recommend you take and retain the receipt of retuning the goods, and also take adequate insurance to cover loss or damage in transit. Refund will be made only when the goods have been received by us.
Please check your orders upon receipt, and report any faulty or damaged items immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & STOCK AVAILABILITY
All reasonable care is taken to ensure that all product information, prices and stock availability is up to date. With certain products, in particular natural products, the sizes and shapes may vary and cannot be exactly same as images shown on the website. Colours portrayed on images may look different on the actual products. All prices shown are prices of the product including VAT at the current rate of 20%. In addition there will be delivery charges according to our delivery charges policy.
SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
For deliveries to UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands).
Standard Delivery – A charge of £3.99 is made for order up to £50.00 Free delivery for orders over £50.00. . Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery. Orders sent by Royal Mail Signed for (recorded) 2nd Class service. A signature will be required.
Next Day Delivery – A charge of £10.00 is made for the next day service. Delivery made up to the end of next working day. A signature will be required. Orders received after 1.00pm will be processed the next working day. Please allow for Weekends and holidays, which are not working days.
